CONFERENCIA INAUGURAL: El día 26 de septiembre de 2011 a las 17:00 h. tendrá lugar la Conferencia Inaugural del Máster a cargo del Prof. Dr. D. José Ángel Domínguez Pérez, Vicerrector de Docencia de la Universidad de Salamanca, en el Salón de Actos de la Facultad de Educación.
A continuación cada grupo se reunirá con su correspondiente Coordinador.

In accordance with the Spanish Organic Act on Education 2/2006, passed on May 3th, this University Master's Degree meets the demand of graduates willing to acquire the skills needed in the teaching profession at different levels in Secondary School Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching Training. The above-mentioned organic act lays down the obligation to take these studies in order to pratice the teaching profession in those fields.
The Spanish Royal Decree 1393/2007, passed on October 29th, regulating higher education studies, established the organisational aspects and the curriculum content of official university master's degrees. Subsequently, the Ministerial Order ECI/3858/2007 of December 27th established the requirements for the verification of the official university degrees qualifying to practise as a teacher in Secondary School Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching Training.
The University Master's Degree in Secondary School Teaching, Vocational Training and Language Teaching Training is a University of Salamanca official master, which has been positively assessed by ANECA, the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation. It is offered since the academic year 2009-2010.
The aim of this Master's degree is for students to acquire an advanced training oriented towards professional specialisation and which entitles them to practise regulated professions as teachers in Obligatory Secondary Education and Baccalaureate level, Vocational Training and Languages. This Master's degree is created in accordance with those provisions established under the Organic Law on Education 2/2006 and the Resolution dated December 17th 2007 of the State Secretariat for Universities and Research, publishing the agreement of the Counsil of Ministers which states the terms that curricula must satisfy in order to obtain those diplomas which confer eligibility for the aforementioned professions.

SPECIALIZED FIELDS:
This Master's degree from the University of Salamanca offers students a range of twenty-two specialities during the academic year 2010-2011, in accordance with the specialised fields of educational bodies teaching obligatory secondary, baccalaureate level, vocational training and the specific teaching of art, sports and languages, provided by the Royal Decree 1834/2008 of November 28th, 2008.
