Undergraduate Degree in History

Overview

The Undergraduate Degree in History will commence at USAL once it has passed the verification process. It will replace the Bachelors in History.

This degre offers students an overview of the historic processes, from Prehistory to the present day, and a presentation of current debates and controversies about how historical knowledge is produced, its role in the world today and its possibilities and limits.

This degree lasts 4 years (60ECTS per year and 240 to complete overeall). Each module is worth 6 ECTS: core modules (60 ECTS), compulsory (120ECTS), electives (54 ECTS) and Final Year Project (6 ECTS)

Students can take 54 ECTS from elective modules in 9 subjects. They can choose between 162 ECTS (27 subjects) that are offered at the Faculty.
