Physics and technology of lasers

Overview

The masters aims to train specialists in lasers in general, but focusing particularly on high power ultrashort pulses. Although this is an eminently practical approach to training, an important component also includes training on the theoretical foundations of applied optics. Students specializing in the masters may choose a scientific career through their doctoral thesis in the area of Optics at the University of Salamanca or in Atmospheric Optics, Physiological Optics, and Spectroscopy of Semiconductors at the University of Valladolid.
